We are pleased to announce that RAPTOR has successfully achieved its first project milestone: Milestone 1 ‘Project Initiation’.

This milestone, marking the formal initiation phase, was reached following our kick-off meeting held on May 26th, 2025, in Poznań, Poland. The consortium, coordinated by ITTI, discussed the project’s strategic direction, detailed work plan, and key objectives.

As part of this milestone, RAPTOR’s official communication channels were launched, including our project website and LinkedIn presence. These platforms will serve as hubs for regular updates, disseminating project progress, events, publications, and relevant results.

RAPTOR aims to develop a low-cost, intelligent Condition Monitoring System, leveraging advanced printed sensors, secure wireless communications, and AI algorithms, enabling predictive maintenance of firearms in military operations. By co-designing these innovative solutions closely with end-users, the project aspires to enhance operational readiness, efficiency, and sustainability.
