We are pleased to announce that RAPTOR has successfully reached its second milestone, Milestone 2: the “DMP and DEC Plan.” This milestone was achieved with the submission of two key deliverables: D1.6, the Data, Ethics and Security Framework & Data Management Plan (DMP), and D1.8, the Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication (DEC) Plan.

These documents create the framework for RAPTOR’s secure data handling, communication activities, and long-term exploitation of results. They include strategic, ethical, and operational guidelines. In particular, the DMP sets out how project data will be managed, stored, protected, and shared in full compliance with security and confidentiality requirements linked to defence research. The DEC Plan outlines RAPTOR’s approach to maximising visibility, engaging stakeholders, and leveraging future project results. It also presents the project’s branding, communication channels, dissemination activities, exploitation strategy, and performance indicators throughout the project’s duration.

With Milestone 2 successfully achieved, RAPTOR now moves forward into the next implementation phase, supported by a solid framework for responsible data governance, strategic outreach, and impact maximisation.
