RAPTOR Successfully Achieves Milestone 3!

We are pleased to announce that RAPTOR has successfully reached its third milestone, Milestone 3: Mission Definition Review (MDR). This milestone was achieved with the submission of Deliverable D2.1 – Mission Definition Review Report.

Milestone 3 consolidates the project’s mission baseline and ensures alignment between the system concept and operational end-user needs. The MDR focuses on gathering and integrating structured feedback from RAPTOR’s End-User Advisory Board, validating the overall concept and the project’s proposed test cases.

The Mission Definition Review also provides the foundation for the next project phase by establishing recommended requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These KPIs are defined to ensure that RAPTOR’s performance and impact can be measured in a clear and operationally meaningful way, and that the project can demonstrate how the system requirements will be met through planned validation activities.

With Milestone 3 successfully achieved, RAPTOR now moves forward to the Preliminary Requirements Review (PRR) phase, where requirements will be further refined and assessed as part of the feasibility studies.
