RAPTOR Represented at BATTLEFIELD ReDEFiNED 2026

On 26–27 February 2026, the RAPTOR project team joined BATTLEFIELD ReDEFiNED 2026 in Nicosia, Cyprus, one of the key European defence and security innovation events this year.

The conference brought together policymakers, industry representatives, research institutions, defence stakeholders and innovators from across Europe to explore emerging trends in digitalisation, dual-use technologies, and defence industrial readiness.

RAPTOR was represented at the event by our project partner EBOS, which engaged with attendees on the project’s objectives and technological focus. The presence of RAPTOR at the event helped raise awareness of the project’s work on predictive maintenance, secure IoMT systems, and AI-enabled condition monitoring for defence applications.

The event provided a valuable platform for dialogue with defence practitioners, technology developers and other innovation actors, contributing to RAPTOR’s dissemination and stakeholder engagement activities. Topics discussed during the two days included operational needs in defence maintenance, technology adoption pathways, and future collaboration opportunities within the broader European defence ecosystem.

Participation in BATTLEFIELD ReDEFiNED 2026 complements RAPTOR’s ongoing outreach and impact strategy, reinforcing connections with potential stakeholders and aligning project developments with evolving defence innovation priorities.

The RAPTOR consortium looks forward to continuing engagement with the European defence and dual-use technology community as the project progresses.
