RAPTOR Successfully Achieves Milestone 4!
We are pleased to announce that RAPTOR has successfully reached its fourth milestone, Milestone 4: Preliminary Requirements Review and Annual Reporting. This milestone was achieved with the submission of Deliverables D1.3, Annual Progress Report 1, and D2.2, Preliminary Requirements Review and Market Potential Analysis Report.
Milestone 4 marks an important step in RAPTOR’s implementation, consolidating the project’s first-year progress and advancing feasibility studies and system definition activities.
The Preliminary Requirements Review (PRR) Report further refines and consolidates the system concept, operational scenarios, test cases, and system requirements initially established during the Mission Definition Review (MDR) phase. The PRR also includes an assessment of market opportunities and exploitation perspectives relevant to RAPTOR’s future deployment and sustainability potential.
Milestone 4 also marks the successful completion of Work Package 2 (WP2), concluding RAPTOR’s Pre-feasibility and feasibility Studies and system definition phase. This achievement establishes the technical and operational baseline for the project’s next implementation stage, focused on system development, integration, and future validation activities.

This milestone supports the project’s transition from initial concept definition towards deeper technical development, integration, and validation activities. It also confirms the consortium’s alignment on the project’s technological direction and implementation roadmap.
At the same time, Deliverable D1.3 provides a comprehensive overview of the technical, management, dissemination, communication, and coordination activities carried out during the project’s first 12 months, confirming RAPTOR’s successful progress across all work packages.
With Milestone 4 successfully achieved, RAPTOR now moves forward into the next phase of implementation, focusing on system development, integration activities, and future validation preparations.
